STORY Hermione has been hanging out with Malfoy secretly until she is raped. She is heartbroken. He haunts her by sending her notes saying that he will continue to rape her and he does indeed. Ron works up the nerve to ask her what her problem is and she denies his accusation and tells him to stay out of her business. Later her walks in on her crying in the bathroom and he feels terrible and leaves, knowing something must be wrong. Meanwhile, Hermione feels Draco's eyes always on her. Soon Draco sends Ron a letter showing a video of himself raping Hermione. He misunderstands and thinks Hermione is having sex with him intentionally. He confronts her and yells at her, calling her a whore then a bitch. Hermione is obviously heartbroken, feeling even more worthless than she did. Draco finds Hermione's diary and flips through the final written page, seeing that Hermione has decided she wants to kill herself. He, remembering good times they once had, races to find her, too late. She has drank a death potion and dies falling to the floor. Harry comes in as well to see Draco crying and Hermione dead. There is a funeral held at Hogwarts, filled with tearful students and teachers, especially Draco, Ron, and Harry. Draco decides he must die to be with Hermione and repay her for all he did to her. He takes the same potion and dies as well, meeting Hermione in heaven. He apologizes, and she has already seen what he did for her. They hug and kiss and live together forever in heaven.

but the sudden transformation of draco who was a horrible callously disgusting raper at the beginning of the video, and suddenly a sensitive guy who's conscious of guilt, loving hermione more than everything and now committing suicide is unreliable.
