Ragna is always fun to fight as litchi, probably one of the most balanced fights i can have, unlike some other characters we all know... "cought" jin "cought"

Both players did very well. but it seems to me like that was a match compareable to street fighter 4, as in C.Viper VS Akuma...the difference in power and HP is just a bit too much.

Litchi has more range and higher priority on a lot of the moves than ragna so of course its "fun" for a typical litch to fight a ragna.
