Hydrogeologist Rick Graham, of the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection, takes us on a tour of the Royster-Clark cleanup project. This 27-acre site was contaminated by nitrogen fertilizers over a half century of manufacturing, but a cooperative effort between the agency and the property owners to remove contaminated soil and prevent further groundwater contamination.
