@69Techno69pt. Haha, all too often (almost exclusively on youtube) people with the SAME opinion will argue for a long while before they even realize :P. Never heard that saying before what "people" are you?
@69Techno69pt. You're now just backing up my argument. You realize this right? I don't mean to argue with you no matter what, so If we have the same point, I just want us to recognize this. You essentially said (sorry to paraphrase) "Guns = quick death" and "Guns require little to no training". These are all true, and these are also what I said. I made a typo in my previous comment. I meant to say "... any citizen a killer because they *weren't* face to face with their opponent.". My bad
@SartaqKhan So if you use History of Warfare as your argument then you should know most of the "citizens" - peasants actually - would die faster and probably would die before they strike the first blow.
Guns made possible for the common peasant/citizen kill people with little to no training.
These are actually factual arguments, just check NRA or other pro gun websites.
@69Techno69pt. I'm not going from personal experience. That's just the evolution of warfare, it was easier to make any citizen a killer because they were face to face with their opponent, trying to rip them apart.
@bryanZ17. As much as it seems honorable. Guns make the killing less personal. And when you're fighting for your country, it isn't always personal. Just a guy, following orders. With a guy, you aim and shoot, and what happens on the other end of the barrel isn't as directly related to you.
