London Sky: What is this? Is this an UFO? Or a cloud changing shape?

19.03.2011 - While visiting London with our family, my daughter spotted a small white 'thing' across London sky. We are standing with our back to Tower of 'Big Ben'. First we thought it was a parachute, but it was way to high up in the sky. As i zoomed in it looked like a cloud that changed shape. It stayed there for at least about 30 minutes. As the rest of the family wanted to proceed with the tour, i was not able to check how long it stayed there during the day. I lost sight of it.
If you look closely you will also initally see a small white spot next to it in the first frames(top-left). What did I see? Is it just a cloud? Why did it stay so long in one place. Is there a sientific explanation? - Sony DV digital Handycam, 120x digital zoom: DCR-TRV24E -

Hold on to that video! I have seen similar, and it's very confusing because when you are there and you look at it, it does look something like a balloon, but if you actually look at a real ballon(s) in the sky they look nothing like this thing you have photographed. Real balloons float away - and when you see them you easily recognize that they are balloons. Our mind has no idea what these are, because we have not ever experienced anything of the likes before.

Ok this prob sounds crazy and I have no proof but I saw the same thing over by my house only a few days ago at first I thought it was geese but the more I looked it was complete solid black snake like and undulated higher and higher til it was out of sight it didn't twist as much as in the video but it did some it was really crazy I was completely transfixed on it I don't know if anyone one else saw it though I've been to afraid to ask anyone.

very interesting ! i just saw a video of cloud changing it shape very rapidly .. it looks very weird... nothing like it before..this video is on wimp. I think there are chances that UFO may disguise itself as clouds to hide in our sky..

my question is, do you watch the news before posting it on youtube? probably a good explanation for it that was covered by the news. I'd say it was a collision of some sort.
