Behold a Pale Horse is a 1991 book by William Milton Cooper.
Written after Cooper had been a member of the US Naval Intelligence Briefing Team of the Commander in Chief of the United States Pacific Fleet, the book details many of Cooper's claims about the alleged influence of UFOs on US government agencies, the New World Order, the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, the alleged Apollo hoaxes and other topics.
Another claim made in the book pertains to his own death. William Cooper, seemingly paranoid, claimed that he would be shot to death on his own property. True to his "fate," he was gunned down in precisely this manner years after publishing the book and settling down in Arizona.
The title of the book alludes to a passage in the Bible, Revelation 6:8: "And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him."

Behold a Pale Horse is definitely not a book to curl up on the couch with on a Sunday afternoon. The topics William Cooper discusses will very likely keep you reading late into the night. There are two types of people in the world: those who want to know who exactly is controlling whom, and those who are more comfortable taking things at face value. What really disturbed me was the theory of the true intent of the government. Cooper's account of what the government is capable of in times of heightened alert is extremely relevant now. It is important to keep in mind that this book was published before the attack on the World Trade Center because the US is finding itself in exactly the position Cooper predicted. Whether or not you think you might agree with the information in this book, I recommend any book written by someone who was killed for the purpose of silencing him or her. Be an informed citizen and know what your government is capable of.

Bill Cooper even encouraged his followers to start broadcasting their own beliefs over the radio, he wanted his followers to become leaders themselves. Not once have you ever heard Alex Jones tell people to do that. He only wants people to follow him, not become leaders. Period.

@kandikid2308 Well, I agree with you on most of what you say! Especially about the system, and it's only getting worse.

I just try to wake people up, and try to talk to everyone I met, even if I don't know them, that we need to wake up and take responsibility for what's going on, and keep away from TV, MSM, and research everything...don't believe anyone! I tell them to THINK for themselves. And to take responsibility for themselves....even if you had a crap childhood, you still choose.

@kandikid2308 I don't think you understand what I'm saying, because of how they were raised, it will be chaos, and I blame both the parents and the children, because I know of other children who have been raised like this, and still became productive human beings without stealing, lying or hurting others.

@chadwicks733 Sure I've seen a group of black people beating the crap out of a white guy, like kicking him in the face, just because he was white. We started yelling about calling the cops and they took off but...uh...my point is. There are bad people of all types. And coming from a really messed up home. I can tell you the children aren't to blame, although they have a choice they are strongly influenced by their shit parents. And if you grow up in the system it screws you up even worse....

@kandikid2308 I don't mean all kids, but there are ones that are totally out of control, that gang up on one person for no reason but to beat on them, and possibly maim or kill...and they don't care..it's scary, I've seen it, while driving home past a junior high, 10 kids kicking on one kid in the street,....I stopped and they looked at me like, come on, do something about it. I would have but realized they wouldn't hesitate to come over and throw things at my car...went down road & dialed 911.

@kandikid2308 Why not both.....of course the 'kids' (if they are even human) of TPTB are evil....but have you seen how kids today are acting? They act like animals, and there is an emptiness in their lives......

that will not lead to good.....it will lead to those post-apocalyptic movies you see where there is no law in the land, just chaos.

Kind of ignorant of him to say that the young abandoned children are the ones who are going to cause the destruction of this nation. It's the children of the powerful that ARE causing the destruction of this nation it's their greed that brings it about.
