this is gonna be really difficult for me to watch. my home town practically demolished. I still remember the day I saw this on TV...it was like 9/11, I couldnt believe what I was seeing. i live in Perth western Australia. I was quickly on the ph to family and friends both here and at home....my heart goes out to people still that are there...my mum is stiill there.

..when they play this on tv3 tonight..im going to watch it alone...i still can tell people word for word conversation i had with my boyfriend after it hit...the what if he didnt take me to work still haunting me...such a sad day today thoughts are with the familys!!!

If you knew anything about Christchurch you'd know the founders named it after a college at Oxford in the UK which they studied at.
