  • Some clowns have sat atop "The Snow Goose" for almost four decades. . .the bas- - - - -.

It's apparently some copyright dispute. . .you'd think the kiddies could work it out after this time.

The rest of us are simply deprived of a classic.

  • Yes it's a great film starring a great actress from a great era for Britain. So it's a travesty that it's probably sitting in a vault in America?

  • Thank you for posting. This is one of my very favorite films. Jenny Agutter's acting incredible!

  • Heavens to Murgatroid! Wonderful clip! I fell in love with the beautiful & talented Jenny Agutter way back in '76 when I saw her with Michael York in "Logan's Run" during it's initial theatrical release. You've MADE my day & my week! Thanks for posting! Happy Holidays! :)

  • Actually, "Snow Goose" was a Hallmark production, and they were / are an American company.

It's my understanding that the relatives of the producer or some such nonsense is involved.

Some of us "average yanks" love Jenny too ;-)

  • Well that's what happens when some bloody American film company takes over a British company and then locks British classic films away in a vault, because they won't mean anything to the average yank. So much for our heritage eh?

  • A truly great piece of acting from a superb actress.

  • Wonderful. Thanks Eddie. I'd love to get this film. Its not available on video or dvd in Britain so far as I know. If anyone can help find somewhere that sells it, I'd be grateful. Its no wonder she was in such demand as an actress. Its a terrific drunk act. And she was and still is gorgeous.

  • Oh, some more of Miss Agutter, is it? :)

Very nice. Think I shall have to track this film down...
