Know what else has failed?
Well, when you end up having your rational & legitimate questions to a politician, about a ppossibly fraudulent election, squelched by police, while presenting no threat, (other than that posed by putting the S.O.B. on the spot) & then you end up getting your ass tased & jailed for complaining about it,
then freedom has failed, and you & I will both live to regret it.
