I just received my Ibanez Promethean head with the 1x10 cab. Holy crap. This thing sounds huge. I've previously owned the TC Electronic RH450 and I definitely prefer the ibanez. It sounds more analog and vintage to my ears. The TC tries to capture that vibe but ends up sounding processed and '"fake"...that is just my opinion. And more thing..the Promethean is loud!

I just placed my order today. I love the sounds in this video and I've read a lot of favorable reviews. Cool to use the combo for small gigs and perhaps hook it up with my Ashdown 4x10 cab for stupid loud gigs.

this is a KILLER amp. Just got mine today. Out of all the micro combo amps, this one sounds the most like a "real" bass amp. serious punch, bass response and focus. doesn't have that rubbery markbass sound and that super sterile genz benz shuttle sound. and I second the notion of releasing a 12 inch combo version of this. I'll buy that one too haha
