  • The immune system produces reactive oxygen to kill pathogens. With an over active immune system and one that mistakes our own bodies as the enemy, it produces an over abundance of reactive oxygen. This reactive oxygen is a corrosive or oxidizer. The inflammation and destruction of tissue is the end result. The two reactive oxygen species is Peroxide and Ozone. To break down excessive peroxide you would need a Antioxidant Catalyst (SOD). To break down Ozone you need single chlorine atoms (CFC's).

  • I have severe RA and tried 'conventional drugs' which made matters worse.

I have found homeopathic remedies and diet modification better , safer treatment.

  • @RoxanneJohnson4U Roxanne. Tell me a little bit about your diet please. I'm twelve weeks into methotrexate and getting frustrated overall. My RA first appeared about ten years ago. There was a long remission then it returned about 2 yrs ago, went into remission for awhile and returned with a vengeance 10 months ago. This most recent "flare up" I've experienced terrible fatigue and malaise along with the swelling and pain. Awful........Tell me a little about the "foundation" of your diet. Thanks.

  • I had rheumatoid arthritis and overall chronic pain in my mid 30's. I was in so much pain I was told I'd be in a wheel chair by 40. It totally turned around with diet and lifestyle change. People do it everyday. God's original diet plan(whole plant foods) and regular exercise is the key. Once the body gets rid of all the acids from all the animal products, it begins to reverse most crippling diseases. I'm now over 50 and feeling better than ever. Check out new start health care.com

  • that really helped me with my research for school...thanks..
