Moving Back Into Your Heart- Jonas Brothers Love Story Chapter 127

Nick's POV:
We all shook Jacks hand and I couldn't help but feel a little jealous of him. Not that I am in love with Addison or anything, at least I don't think I am... but I don't know. I couldn't help but notice how different Jack was from me- he was actually my polar opposite. He had straight blonde hair and blue eyes. Maybe Addison doesn't like guys with brown curls anymore. I guess its true what they say, people really do change. But then again, maybe sometimes they are the same; you just have to find the person you once knew deep inside.

Regular POV:
They all decided that they would go to the beach together, which would give everyone an opportunity to get to know Jack more. Instead of going to a tourist beach, they went to a secluded area where they could all be alone. Even though the boys were taking a break, they were after all still mega stars!

When they got to the beach, everyone got in water except Jack and Nick, who stayed on the beach to talk. Things were definitely awkward between them... but that was normal considering the circumstance.

Jack: so Addison has been talking a lot about you lately...
Nick: really? (He smiled) Well, she is my best friend.
Jack: (He sighed) she is so beautiful.
Nick: inside and out.
Jack: well, I kind of need to ask you a favor.
Nick: sure, what?

Nick looked at Jack questioningly and then Jack smiled.

Jack: well... I need help planning something for Addison.
Nick: what is it? (He asked confused)
Jack: you guys have been best friends forever, right?

Nick shook his head "yes" and then Jack continued.

Jack: I'm going to ask her to marry me the night of the wedding, and I wanted to know if you could help me. I mean besides me, you know him better than anyone.

Nick was speechless and didn't know how to respond. He liked Jack... but was he really going to help him ask Addison to be his wife when he wasnt even sure about his own feelings?

Nick: uhh... sure.
Jack: (he smiled widely) Thanks man! I knew that you wouldn't let me down.
Nick: no problem.
Jack: just don't mention it to her, okay?

Nick agreed, and for the rest of their day at the beach, Nick was really quiet. He started to feel really confused about everything, most of all his feelings about Addison. She was once again his best friend, but in the pit of his stomach and in the back of his mind, she would always be more than that. To Nick, Addison was the one that got away.

After frolicking on the beach for some time, they all decided to get ready to go to the rehearsal dinner. All of the girls went into Kate's room and all the boys went into Kevin's, except Jack who went back to his hotel to change clothes.
In Kate's room, all of the girls were doing their makeup and talking.

Kate: can you believe that this is the night before my wedding? (She smiled)
Addison: are you nervous?
Kate: a little, but I just love him so much.
Lola: and after the rehearsal dinner, we are going to have a girls night out! Bachelorette party time!
Kate: just nothing too crazy, deal?
Lola: deal.

They all laughed and slipped on their dresses. Kate wore a white Grecian style dress, while Addison and Lola wore matching red halter dresses. Now all there was to do was meet up with their boys.

Jack is proposing! And to beat all, he asked Nick to help!! Will this throw a wrench in the progress that Nick and Addison have made in the past month? Or will it finally push Nick to admit his feelings to himself and Addison?
