Conveyor Specialties UltraSonic Fogging Systems

Conveyor Specialties Inc. ultrasonic nozzles produce a dry fogging spray pattern, ideal for suppressing dust without wetting product material or machinery. Our systems are fully installed and integrated into all processes and suppress dust without the need for expensive extraction systems or chemical agents.
The Sonicom™ ultrasonic nozzle operates using water and air; the low operating pressures are typically set at 15 psi water and 75 psi air. Due to the unique nozzle design, our ultrasonic nozzles are self cleaning thus avoiding clogging problems. Typically set at 75 PSI air and 15 PSI water. Water Consumption is only 2 Gal/Hr thus avoiding over wetting.

Research in the development of the Sonicom™ dry fog dust suppression systems showed that when water droplets are produced equal to that of dust particles, the airborne dust is suppressed through particle agglomeration.
