I've begun realizing these things thanks to friends who have done research. Sad this treatment has been imposed on us from the time we are born with ingredients that are included in things like baby soaps, Ibuprofen, pretty close to everything unless you know what to buy. The devil will never win. Our God Almighty told us to be vigilant and fear not. Our True Creator said we will see signs. He said be in the world but NOT of the world. Which means not to participate in crowd following material fades. Stop eating fast foods, drink bottled water etc etc

Take care of each other, color does not matter, respect and honor life. I know it sounds lame but it feels really good. Smile at a stranger, lend a helping hand that is one of the best stands to take.
