  • Do you have an opinion about shilajit?

  • @luckyodeler it sounds cool, but ive never noticed anything from it.

  • can you recommend how to build body mass w/o strenous exercise?

  • @TheCaseyInman you can do strenuous exercise, but realize that often times LESS is more in that regard. check out The 4 Hour Body. He put on 28 Pounds of muscle in 30 days, with only 4 hours of total gym time.

  • @herbgardner00 I'm not trying to be a jerk, but come on now. why spread lies like this. thats the biggest piece of BS I've heard in a while. 28 pounds of muscle in 30 days lol, impossible.

  • @johnboy5355 you might feel a bit different once you actually read the book. google "from geek to freak" to learn more. ill be looking forward to your apology.

  • You're amazing. You are so cute & the way you explain things makes them so easy to understand. I love your analogy about the garden hose. Thank you very much!! Sharon

  • your awesome, hates beware

  • Also interesting, how we view "our life" as if it was static, but the realization that we are ever-changing Being-ness, psychologically, emotionally, mentally AND physically. We are "change". Hmm!

  • Gives new light to "die everyday", something I've heard Eckhart Tolle say. Thank you for the video.

  • @timryan84 it's definitely Alex Grey :) where can I buy the same one?

  • excellent video!!! i am hopelessly addicted to aggressive excercise! excellent shirt. looks like an alex grey painting. am i correct?

  • I JUST LOVE YOURR VIDEOS I TOOK YOUR ADVISE THAT L THEANINE IS GREAT FOR ANXETIY AND IVE BEEN TAKING IT FOR 1 DAY AND I FEEL IT BIG TIME ALREADY AND I HAD BAD DIZZYNESS FOR 3 YEARS AND TOOK YOUR ADVISE ON THE VINPOCETINE THE DIZZYNESS FOGGY BRAIN TOTALY GONE YOU ARE A MIRICAL WORKER IVE BEEN AT THE DOCTORS MERCY FOR 3YEARS WIITH NO LUCK PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE KEEP YOUR VIDS COMING YOU HAVE HELP ME SO MUCH LOVE AND BLISS X

  • @luckyodeler it might work on the same principle as kelp powder.

  • yeah aggressive weight lifting is taxing on the kidneys and liver and depletes Jing. Dumping down excessive foods to compensate doesnt necessarily solve the issue.

  • @luckyodeler I have used and i did like it!

  • You are so right speaking about letting go and relaxing tissues.

  • @herbgardner00 you get no apology from me. i dont care what anybody says you can't put on 28 pounds of muscle in a month. to anybody who wants to get in better shape than please dont listen to this BS. it takes hard work and dedication. not some special workout or voodoo juice. just dont be disapointed when you dont put on 28 lbs of muscle in a month, or year for that matter. its all about the hard work.

  • You are right, CONSISTENCY is the key word. When something sounds good to us we start with gr8 zeal but somewhere along the line it slips away.

Thnx GR8 tips to allow our energy to flow freely.;0)

  • Sometimes it's hard because we want to hold on to anger- it feels good to break something when we're angry, but we just have to let go. Letting any negative energy release from our muscles and welcome in the positive. It feels so good to do it, but it takes a bit of coaxing the mind.

  • Very true, thanks for the reminder! You once mentioned hanging from the inversion table for sleep improvement. I think that could be a great way too for releasing tension. That appeals so much to me, I want to buy one asap (that is as soon as i can afford a good one). So in the evening, i could let it "all hang out". :)))

  • Ah, just what I'm looking for. This bodybuilding seems like a wast eof time to me. All this time spent eating lots of food and lifting weights just isn't as fun.

  • Letting go! HUGE thing right now! I was just telling someone about that last night!!!

  • Hi. I'm a big fan of your vids and will look at your msm one.my favorite site for pretty much all supplements is called pure bulk.com. I have been very happy with quality and price. Check them, I think you will be very pleased. Be well

  • @davidjohn83 good call...
