You don't know the law, and you don't know the unspoken law, a judge will always side with an officer, rules and loop holes are in place for reasons. Yes it may not be ethical I agree, but there is always a way.

Thank you for admitting that even though you are wrong, cops DON'T have the legal RIGHT to search, they will anyway (as evidenced by this video, with no person in it (so no "excessive sweating" or "darting eyes"). She was simply to report an abandoned vehicle to the owner. And, sure, judges are people too, and will side with whomever they wish, but in the fifties they sided with plenty of guilty whites that lynched people just for being black or placed them in jail for that very reason,

I live in a world where the Constitution and the legal system were designed to protect the citizens from those that worship authority without reason, you know, those who do what they're told without questioning, sound familiar?
