since when did it become ok to have cops show up to ur doorstep and shoot u for smoking pot in ur own house..and i bet most of all it wasnt even classified as a "drug raid" till after they fuckin shot him cause u would have to have previous proof and undercover deals done b4 that n said they smelled marijuana and had to make entry to "help him from his injuries" and then found the rest and charged him like some fucked up pigs they r, here in texas its still illegal but not smokin it in ur home

@MFBueno63 - Regardless of what drug it is, the government has no business telling anyone what they can put into their body. It certainly has no business allowing their enforcers to shoot people for what they put into their body. No point debating which drug is better. BTW - There are medical benefits to red wine, too.
