All you pathetic, impressionable minded goons who worship at this guy's altar, Oracle is one of the bottom feeders of the industry. Their products are loathed by all except the fucking higher ups who get paid ample to have Oracle rape their companies for decades to come.

Every architect I talk to is weary of convoluted, cumbersome, ineffectual Oracle products that constantly charge them over services and licenses in 10's of millions. The apathy is there, someone needs to take on Oracle soon.

@theantiantichrist I very much doubt that the distribution of salaries in the whole company is 99.9% for him and 0.1% for all others, but I'll take that as an hyperbole. And salary is not just about how much you contribute, it's about how much your skills are worth. In that sense yes, they barely needed those particular programmers, they are easily replaceable.
