I'm British but this guy is a bloody warrior. He never wanted to be one but knew he had to defend his country from the soviets and the Taliban. A great man.

I've only recently "discovered" this man and wow, from what i've read about him, he was a fighter for equality for both men and women, promoting education and a great vision of a modern state for Afghanistan. He certainly has my respect. Rest in peace Massoud!

Today Ahmad Shah Massoud is dead. He was not a prophet, nor an angel.
He was a human being, he tried his best.
Whether Massoud was good or evil, only GOD himself knows. GOD is the Judge. Let GOD judge Ahmad Shah Massoud.
