This is very helpful to teachers like me, who are using Kagan Cooperative Learning in their classrooms. It is cheesy, but the kids love it and they are so respectful of one another when they use praise on a regular and consistent basis.

I would say, self-esteem WITH knowledge. You're probably cheering for some goal that was attained!! Thanks for posting this. I've used a lot of "10 second cheers" in my classroom, and several of these are new to me! I'm going to recommend that co-workers view these, too!
