Here is a video on how to make mini cheesecakes. They are perfect for those who don't like eating huge slices of cheesecake (I could never finish one)

Ingredients:

3 - 8oz packages of cream cheese
3 - large eggs
2 - Cups of graham cracker crumbs
1 - Cup of sugar
1 - Cup of milk
1 - Cup of melted butter
1 - Tsp of vanilla
1 - Tsp of cinnamon
2 - Tbsp of all-purpose flour

Bakeware:

24 mini cupcake baking tray
and some LOVE!
