@comsatian83 as you know that bolwers are allowed 15 degree to rotate their arm during bowling but seead ajmal's arm is defected since his child hood his arm is bended to 8.5 degree naturally so he can bowl 15+8.5 23.5 degrees according to his arm defect

tests haven't been done to confirm it .... lolzzz .... can anyone tell me here the reason why ICC has cleared his bowling actions if TESTS HAVEN'T BEEN DONE TO CONFIRM IT (as some people think) and what was "10.3 degrees" as told by ICC officials??
