In my opinion if anyone gets involved in an accident as a result of drinking does not deserve to be heard out fairly. Drunk driving kills people, ruins lives, and causes more harm than good. If you want to drink, DON'T DRIVE INTOXICATED!!! It's simple. And hell if the plantiff is going to slander you for being drunk and driving then that's his RIGHT!!! You can't bitch like a little baby that it's not fair! He's the one who is WASTED!!! Are you freaking serious!!??!

This is bullshit!!! I really hope this is staged! Common! Shes a judge. She had made her judgement way before everyone came in. Proof of that? She lets the guy talk his lungs out but when the defendant tries to put a word in edgeways she cuts him off. Hes probably guilty, but thats not the way a judge should act.

Just another example of the destruction of brain cells by booze. These establishments are protected by municipalities by issuing liqueur licenses, to sell what amounts to an addictive substance, and collecting taxes on a cash cow from which they turn their heads. Why do they have parking lots any where near these licensed establishments. Is it the liqueur manufacturer? Is it the municipality? How convenient should it be to destroy ourselves. And, Yes. I'm a casual drinker. Just not when I drive

Different judges are very different ... Judge Judy would have shouted "I don't care for hear-say" numerous times during this trial but Milian allowed it
