  • I don't remember C64 having such colourfull palette... are you sure those are correctly emulated ?

  • @macdeath69 Yeah, the colours are wrong. I didn't notice it until someone pointed it out in the Grand Prix Circuit video. It was emulated correctly, but screwed up after capturing and converting the video.

  • This is a very good conversion for the C64, good graphics, nice smooth animation and decent sound fx.

  • Sweet memories ...

  • IK+ on amiga was best

  • I mean "this", not "that".

  • Thanks. My heart is with Exploding Fist (which I got with my C64) -- but that was later and more playable. Controls were modified from EF -- the knell-down punch was a major move.

I tried Tekken and all that but they weren't as fun as IK+.

  • @samwyse2006 You may find that the colour palette is being emulated correctly. Just as you could make the characters drop their pants, you could also change the background colour scheme using various key combos as well as change the animations- wave patterns, sun reflection colour and shape, worms, spiders and birds numbers and frequency, etc. You could also alter the game speed- 5X speed was mental.

  • I Loved this game. Especially the punch in the back of the head.

  • I remember playing IK+ with friends for hours and hours !! :)

  • which was the "dropping-pants-key"?

    was it k or t?

im too old to remember... :D

  • brought a tear to my eye, I remember this game so well haha
