Was he asking for donations after people ate the chocolate? While some people may think this is fancy candy, you can buy a box of 20 pieces for $1 at any dollar store. They are usually out-dated and are made with very cheap ingredients. Hard to believe anyoe took the free candy. Could be piosoned, maybe with something that doesn't affect them for 12 hours. No, I do not take candy from strangers...
