This guy is wasting his time "bodybuilding" and spewing out his version of what bodybuilding nutrition is. All the effort he puts into training, buying overpriced groceries and nerdifying bodybuilders nutrition only serves to entertain, not inform. If anyone jumps on this...well just look at him. Does he look like a bodybuilder? I dont think so.

Nice video! I subscribed. Im a personal trainer but unlike most people I enjoy listening to other peoples take on meals, fitness, and nutrition. I like the video first one I watched and will probably be watching more
