This is a project I had in mind for a while. I managed to aquire a cheap donor Toyota Previa and started work. The finished car trailer will resemble my own Previa. The lights are the rear normal car lights. Tint the windows,ply inside, new wheels and a respray.

I had it weighed @ 300kgs. There is still more floor to cut out. I think it's light to push around. BTW, up to 600kgs do not need brakes. This is half the weight.
Lol, Previa Smart car? The gearbox stuck out the back about 10 foot. It was funny though watching the scrap metal guy hitch up the front and take it away. As for inside, all ply lined and used for tools, materials and occasionally my mobile disco. Unfortunately I still have not done much more to it yet. The weather has been too hot or wet to continue with fibreglassing. And work commitments don't help either.
mudbug, legislation has changed regarding brakes. I was going to use the existing drums for handbrake and brakes but it would be against the law as they don't have "auto-reverse". So I'm going to strip the brakes out and have an unbraked trailer which will then be legal. How stupid .
