You agents probably guard these videos like you would a bank.You can always profile the people who leave negative comments right? The move over part is fine, the slow down part is dumber than shit. Cops create more of a hazard by pulling someone over for speeding during rush hour than the speeding driver did doing 10 over. If you can't get over, the last thing you need to do is hit the brakes on the interstate and create a chain reaction behind you. Dropping your speed from 55 to 45 isn't going to make things any safer. Just because you have these rare instances of dumbass drivers, doesn't mean a new law is needed.

1. The law was passed to protect emergency personnel (who are working to protect you) on the side of the roadway.
2. It should be common sense to move over when safe in order to lower the risk of a collision with emergency personnel on the side of the roadway.
3. Every move over law that I know of states that the motorist will move over -- or when it is not safe to do so, slow down to a safe speed.

common sense...HA! many don`t have it ,a license is too easy to get .. it cost`s a small fortune to pilot a 600 lbs plane but a 2 ton car takes a 20 question test then the driver multi tasks and knows nothing about situation awareness if they even have a license
