  • maybe i could not explain, in other words i want to freeze the plugins in the groups too. how to do that?

  • @gigihitman freeze the plugins in the groups? Freezing is for audio tracks and their associated plugins/inserts.

  • @MrCrgl Freezing is a temporary mixdown of the track; so if you think of when you do your final mixdown, if you have trailing delays at the end of an audio region, you want to make sure that your export audio region goes beyond the end of the region, otherwise you will lose that trailing delay.

  • Very useful ! What I did not understand is why "freezing" the track wont make it sound like without freezing (?) You mentioned something about that "trailing" of delays and other effects wont be heard (?) If the freezing is a rendering of the track, why wont it sound like it should with all the processing, etc, etc. ? Again, thanks for this useful tip.
