why can't I go to the boot menu??i've tried holding r....holding L and it is still not working....will somebody please help me.....or it will only work if I have a pandoras battery???I didn't do anything with my psp...I've downloaded psp iso file games..but it is not working..my version is 3.95...please i need help

you need to hack your psp first to do this look for pandora battery

I have the official 3.95 firmware and it keeps saying game cannot be started. Help.

for me i go into the boot menu by holding "L" when the psp is turning on then change the kernel to 1.5 or 3.95 w/e works, also i mess around with the select menu while the psp is on.
