It's almost sad how pathetic ENC has become. The staff look ridiculously undertrained and undisciplined. Also be aware that CAP is all about politics, they don't choose the people who are best for the job, they choose the people who have friends in high places, henceforth why HMRS no longer runs Staff Training, like it should've been.
This is pathetic at best
