Armon Owns Verizons tech support

This is not a prank call , and was not intended to be recorded, the call was not made from skype , it was on Armons phone , and recorded via skype. So it's hard to hear it but , you can make it out a little.
But Armon gets very pissed at this guy.

Can I just say you are not supposed to record people without thier permission also it is not thier fault if your service is down. however I understand being unable to check facebook may be very upsetting. But you do not have to be a jerk to these people. Tech support only has limited things they can do and it is not thier fault.
