Im not from the USA. I never mentioned the USA. I dont care about the USA. This video isn't about the USA. It is about the Amazon being controlled by 'just a few' Brazilian farmers. The uneducated only talk about 'ownership' of rainforests / Brazil - educated people understand the International significance of rainforests - I dont mean for wealth - I mean for providing OXYGEN which we ALL breathe and preventing climate change. GP ARE working with local people -a FEW farmers are stopping this.

but it DOES BELONG to Brazil ... or maybe if they discover oil in Colorado, the United States will give Denver away to the Chinese to use as they please ...
so when the law fails in, say, New York City, it means that the United States needs other countries to intervene because they are not capable of preserving order themselves
if foreigners want to help, then preserve YOUR OWN natural resources and EDUCATE YOUR OWN PEOPLE to work with LOCALS to resolve issues of mutual importance

The idea of american and europeans to make the Amazon Forest international area is bad for Brazilian people. Unfortunately is too late to prove for international community that we have competence and organization to keep this area protect and safe against coruption and devastation.
that is horrific and very very sad. Pressure must be put on the Brazilian government by the International community to respect freedom of press and international interest in the rainforest and the people who rely on it for survival. I wonder what the UN thinks of this video ? Thank god noone was hurt this time, but what about next time?

Unbelievable... the way that the one farmer referred to the indians as "their" indians shows how they feel about them. Coming in, taking the indians' land and then trying to threaten them and everyone who might want to help them.
