I know that Balsamic Vinegar dose not affect your hcg diet. I have been on the program 3 times. I ordered the food from Green Valley Spa each time I was on the program and was extremely succsessful on the weight loss. I talked to the Dr from Green valley spa about the vinegar and he said it would not affect the diet. He ran a program at a spa in California for 10 years before he arrived at Green Valley and Balsamic vinegar was used in his program.

I used balsamic vinegar practically every single day of injections, and never stalled because of it.

I don't know of anyone that has successfully used balsamic vinegar while in the VLCD that didn't at least stall - most have had a slight gain when using it, so YMMV. I would not use it again, however.

I'll try those Onions, since I have wanted to have an Onion for one meal but wasn't sure what to do with it by itself, since normally we don't just eat an onion. I have a GF grill and love it.
I"m on HuCOG HCG and doing injections, but I have NO appetite, hunger or cravings. I'm on R2P2D17. So, I'm watching YOU cook. LOL But, I will try the grilled tomatoes, too.

great video !!! Just a quick question, balsamic vinegar, is it okay to use that on the protocol, no stalls as a result? Thanks again for sharing the great cooking tips :)
