OMG I know. I just found out about Target's no makeup return policy, I was sure to tell the chic that everybody else takes makeup returns back! UUghh. I brought back a foundation yesterday to Walmart & no questions asked! So I'm pist cause I spent $9 on the L'Oreal True Match foundation. It was too light.
