Hey there, Larry just called me from work to tell me about your post. When he mentioned the "black stool", I worried about people's reaction...If yours is the color of cooked spinach, it's perfectly normal!!!!!! That's actually GOOD...means you are probably taking your iron and have some absorption....Black, tarry stools are a sign of internal bleeding and not so much applicable to people who take iron supplements...
