The ying-yang of corporate imperialism: not only grab natural resources by chasing people off their native land in the 3rd world but also get "cheap labor" that way and then get busy using them as scapegoat in domestic politics. Works wonders for the right wingers as their disastrous economic policies squeeze the middle class by offshoring jobs to slave societies and bringing in slave labor from abroad.

The largest source of EU immigration, Turkey is a NATO country, supported by the military industrial complex in its quest to oppress its minorities. It is also an economic colony of western multinational corporations who employ cheap turkish workers both in Turkey and the EU. Yet immigration is never linked to corporate globalization, it always comes up as an us vs them zero sum game according to which all economic problems facing european middle class can be solved by simply beating up on the exploited masses. Yeah right! That will stop multinationals from outsourcing jobs!

  • I have to say that this documentary is not too good in demonstrating immigration and racism topics... Although the intention is good, it completely fails to draw a realistic picture of Europe and esp. to establish links between EU immigration policies and (institutionalised) racism. Portraying some right-wing parties in different countries is surely interesting but not enough...

  • Mi köze van csurkának, meg a mostani magyaroknak a népirtáshoz, és a milosevics diktatúra áldozataihoz?
