Are you sorry? Always sorry? Feeling responsible for other people and their circumstances? Do you feel that is all about you, mr. Victim?

Well, I am not sorry to hear that, I am glad to hear that you are sharing your heart with me and that you are moving towards a Delicious life!

Listen to your words and change them to suite you properly. Uplift yourself and others - "Sorry" is the most common word that people use to disempower themselves and people around.

I am not sorry, nope. Not me. I am glad:-)

I completely agree! I have spent most of my life saying I'm sorry for my existence...I even move out of the way in the grocery aisle so I won't be in someone's way! What for? It was my upbringing. I learned to apologize for everything--even being myself. And I know I'm not alone as there are articles written on the subject. I am trying to imagine a day without apologizing...I am going to try it starting now. Thank you Helena <3 <3 <3 :)

@winterpoetry - Do not try... just do it... just for today and then for tomorrow.... if you make a 'mistake' and apologize than watch my video about what to say when you screw up... it will tell you all:-)

I get your point, but it's polite to say I'm sorry I'm late. I'm sorry I bumped into you. I get the connecting with people, but I rather be polite then be like I'm glad I bumped into you, to say to a stranger lol. This almost makes no sense.
