You need to have an internet connection for your Wii. Go to the Mario Kart Channel, and click "Rankings". Then it will show friend rankings, regional rankings, and worldwide rankings. You are able to choose any course on there, and it will show the records for that course. To see a specific ghost, click on the Mii head with a better time, and click "Download Ghost", or it will do that for you. Once it's downloaded, you can challenge it or watch it. :)
