Does anyone know how to acquire video footage of the 1960 Summer Olympics in Rome. My father was in the 1960 Olympics and I am trying to find footage of him

Who was your father? What country did he represent and in which event did he compete?

Not that I have video myself, but I've watched a number of Olympics films and documentaries. Might have an idea where you'd look anyway.

Actually, the 50-star flag made it's Olympic debut in Squaw Valley earlier that year after it was unveiled in the fall of 1959 when Alaska and Hawaii were the last two states admitted into the union.
