  • Hey all - an idea for stopping your pup biting people/furniture... tell them "no" firmly when they bite something they shouldn't and instead give them a toy/pigs ear etc to shew on, when they shew on that praise them. Otherwise they will think biting alltogether is wrong, when it's not as puppies biting is natural and healthy, its part of their teething process and their way of discovering the world around them - just got to get them biting the right things!!

  • I grew up on German Shepherds. Am I the only one fascinated with German Shepherd noses?

  • Hi All,

Unfortunately the breeder of Apollo passed away in June 2009. I believe his widow isn't breeding anymore either, Sorry. the GSD Kennal was Remora GSD in Canberra and the Breeders name was Bob Knight. He was a lovely guy that loved his dogs. If you contact Janette through their website or the ACT GSD club they should be able to point you in the right direction for a Puppy from the ACT region. I've been told the Ulmsdolf kennel is also very good. Thanks for the lovely comments,Cheers Mick

  • @GmanProductionGroup u really should have done your research BEFORE even looking at GSD puppies let alone buying one! There would be less gsd's in rehoming kennels if ppl bothered to find out a bit about the breed they are purchasing! Sorry but I love the breeed and they need owners that understand them to thrive and be the best that they can
