I went to DC yesterday (the 6th of August 2011) just to practice a bit, and it felt really good.. some days playing just comes super naturally and you don't struggle as much as other days :) So I decided to record a quick little clip of some ideas that I'm working on, mostly so that I don't forget them.. but also so that I can see and hear what they're like when they're recorded.
This is by no means a creative "drum solo", I was just jamming and messing around and having fun. This is not rehearsed, it's just an improvised little snippet from my practice routine.

@sammow23 Dropping sticks is good, it means your grip is loose. It's better to have a too loose grip, than too tight

Why wouldn't you hit it when freestyling?
