not heard this for a very long time. one of the best 'raw' punk tunes that i hav stumbled across. A few people are looking at this and havin a good wee jump about.Never normally write comments but stumbled across this.......pogoed......read (dull) comments......and thought "where hav all tha good times gone'! If you get it look it up for ur next tune...........if not.......just enjoy tha lurkers
I was 8 years old then, never knew about the punk scene. But when grunge came into the 90s, totally hooked up with Nirvana.
Then Kurt always speaks out about his punk influences. A friend gave me a record tape of late 70s UK Punk band. There were the Clash, Pistols songs which was just new to me then. But this Lurker song from that record always sticks on my mind.
Is this the New Merlins Cave in King's Cross?

Where was 'The Cave' anybody?
Saw their first comeback gig at an East End Poly and then they played the Garage in Islington (T&C 2 in them days) but didn't know about this gig.

a great song - but why dont they sing second verse instead of repeating first verse. every live version i have heard is the same. great video
