@skaterobban It is.. Mustaine's solo is different.. Hate me or whatever you want.. but Kirk is better guitar player than Mustaine.. Mustaine is great at writting riffs (Hetfield is better riffer) and he's great at making solos too.. but Kirk is better, but whatever Marty Friedman and Chris Broderick beats them both.. But Metallica has a lot of good solos.. If you play guitar you'd understand..

@jonazz48 master of puppets? that solo SUCKS. im not the biggest metallica fan it was years ago i listened through all their albums... and there was barely more than 1 or 2 solos that actually stuck out and to be considered good. all nightmare long LOL!!!. death magnetic did not have one GOOD solo. the fact that you think that solo is good is saying something.

@skaterobban *Ahem* The Unforgiven, Dyers Eve, Master of Puppets, Blackened, One, Fade To Black, The Struggle Within, Through The Never, Whiplash, Seek And Destroy, The Four Horsemen (there is part that Kirk wrote, that calm one) The Shortest Straw, Disposable Heroes, All Nightmare Long, Ride The Lightning, Creeping Death etc etc.. Kirk have wrote a lot of good solos
