I just read in the paper of the same situation down here in Texas.
Barack appointed to be Federal Judges those who the Republican Party leaders in Texas said they would support, and yet on the Nat'l level the GOP has held up the appointments even though the State GOP leaders have given their ok.
So now we are developing a serious shortage because of this BS in DC.
