1st you can get this from router gui. in most cases that could be acces by typing 192.168.1.1
2nd type tracert -d yahoo.com on cmd. the ip on the 2nd postion will be the ptcl side ip your wan gateway. mostly it will be start from 116.X.X.X 119.X.X.X and 182.X.X.X
