  • one of my favs on the newer albumns <3 love sc

  • That was awesome.

  • @AnarchalPatriarch You're right, Ben does do a grace note like you're talking about. I'm talking about when he goes to an A, like you said: "he goes from a d to a d#, then the A". That A is part of an open fifth B7 chord. It has a B, an F#, and an A. This group's arrangement adds a D# into it, making it NOT an open fifth but instead a B major seventh, which I think sucks. In the dozens of recordings I've heard Ben playing this song, he has NEVER played that as a B major 7. Always open 5th.

  • @Bendesho Not sure if I'm thinking of what you're referring to here, but I always use a d# when I play the song. You mean what's played in the very beginning of the song, right? I think Ben does a sort of grace note where he goes from a d to a d#, then the A.

  • bravoooo¡¡¡ bravoooo¡¡¡¡ I like very much¡¡¡¡

  • bravoooo¡¡¡ bravooooo¡¡¡¡

  • Terrific. shoulda made the record. I guess ben just ran out of space, and i think he wnated to include his newer stuff, like any artist.

This is one of the best two or three folds acapellas ive seen, and ive seen a bunch. im sort of addicted.

    thanks.

  • hahahahahaha i love the "instrumental" section lmao i cannot stop laughing. i love this song just for how goofy you gotta be for it

  • Wow. Ok I have heaps of praise for you guys but there's one thing that really bothers me. In... I don't know what to call it, the main chord, I guess, rooted in B... there is NO THIRD (d#). Please, please take that third out of your arrangement. To me there's such a big difference in feeling between a major chord and an open fifth, and honestly I think the open fifth is what makes this song what it is.

  • Grrrrreat arrangement & energy!!!
