2011 MCS (Squeaky Engine Bay Sound)

Trying to determine what's causing the sound. The car has currently has about 1,500 miles. I can schedule a service appointment but rather know what it is first. It only does it on occasions and mostly when the car is warm / operating temperature. It doesn't do it on cold starts.
