@Francky018 honestly I didn't ride it in deep snow. I rode my brothers beaver tail on a trail, and I did get it into about 6 inches of snow. I can tell you that I could feel that the beaver tail was diggin in a little bit. Now I ride an 04 renegade, so i'm used to the effect of the long track. in my opinion the non-beaver tail is better.
@tinman717 I've riden a beaver tail and a non-beaver tail, and I prefer the non beaver tail. Mostly I like that you can't get yourself unstuck, but it also looks cleaner than the beaver tail. If you do it, take it to a dealer though, they will do it the right way.
@Francky018 The beavertail was skidoos solution for their new rev chassis in 2003. The went to the non-bevertail in 2004. Basically the beaver tail didnt have any advantage.
hey there, your sled sounds sweet! I just bought a 2003 rev and it has the beaver tail on it. How do you like it? I see you kept yours but a lot of people get the delete kit. I don't know what to do.

@novsierra did it do a difference in deep snow?
Francky018 1 year ago
@jadenjaden because it's a short track, and the snow is very loose, which makes the sled work harder.
