That cat reminds me of my old cat he was a bloody legend! He had the same markings too. He used to beat up all the other cats and dogs (even German Shepards) in the neighbourhood. He would even go as far as breaking into houses to beat them up! lol miss ya mate!

That cat is just trying to play. These animals obviously live together and neither is threatened by the other, so it's probably very normal for them to play together. You can tell that the cat is just being playful by the way that it rolls on it's side. If it were an aggressive gesture, it would never present itself in such a vulnerable way. It's cute, really.
